Virtual Booths

Setup instruction for vendors and sellers.



The SpurrOpen platform is designed to allow patrons to purchase items from multiple vendors for an event. Each vendor benefits from marketing efforts of the event organizers as well as other vendors who are driving traffic to the page online. Below are the instructions to request an Event Virtual Booth and begin selling online.


Requesting Virtual Booth access

To request a booth you will be required to create a login and business account on SpurrOpen.

Steps
  1. Login to SpurrOpen.com and create a business account if you don't already have one.
  2. Visit the booth sale page for the event and select a booth.
  3. Select the respective business account from the listing (if you have multiple)
  4. Verify the cost and click Submit Request to begin processing your booth.

Once you've submitted the request, the organizers will review and approve the request at their discretion.

When your request is approved
  • You will be notified via email of the approval
  • If payment is required, the email will specify the amount and payment options.
  • When payment is complete you will receive access confirmation.

You are now able to upload products and begin selling online. See further instructions below.

Setting up products

The platform allows vendors to define their products to be sold. For items that require physical delivery, vendor must make their own arrangements to complete the delivery. Here are the steps to create products

  1. Login to SpurrOpen.com and navigate to Manage Accounts.
  2. Select the respective business account from the listing.
  3. Click Products from the account menu and select Add New
  4. Select Portals from the account menu and select the event you would like to link products to.
  5. In the section labled My Products, select Insert from Gallery

You are now ready for transactions. Help the organizer promote the page so you can increase sales.
