Kingdom Culture / The Well Encounter - Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation or postponement of the event
If The Well Encounter is cancelled, ticket holders will be eligible for a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is retained for mandatory fees.
If The Well Encounter is postponed, tickets will automatically be honoured at the rescheduled date. If patrons cannot attend The Well Encounter on the rescheduled date, they are eligible for a 90% refund.
Eligible refunds will be made (net of processing fees) within 30 - 60 days of ticket holders making their initial refund request.
