Sharon Elaine Hermitt is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ, who was raised in the ghettos of Kingston where she underwent life-changing experiences, including rape.

Currently, she is the Managing Director of HR Wisdom Limited, a human resource consultancy that hones her over three decades of practice as a human resource professional to provide value-added, transformative interventions for the workplace. Sharon is also Chief Steward of Sexual Shalom Global Outreach which seeks to bring healing and restoration to especially victims of rape but also for those who struggle with their sexuality and sexual issues. She convenes a conference, when and as led by the Lord, ‘dubbed’ Sexual Shalom, which carries out the same aim in a practical ‘hands-on’ way.

Miss Hermitt holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Florida International University; a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology and Guidance & Counselling from the Jamaica Theological Seminary; a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Ministry from Good Shepherd Ministries and is a practicing Justice of the Peace for the Island of Jamaica.

Sharon enjoys life with her two adult children, son-in-law, and two grandchildren. She holds dearly to Philippians 3:10 which says, “That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His suffering being made conformable to His death.” (KJV)

Rev. Errol Carrim grew up in Trinidad and became a Christian at age 18. Following God’s call to vocational ministry, he earned a Diploma in Theology at Caribbean Nazarene Theological College (CNTC, now Caribbean Nazarene College) in Trinidad. He completed a BA in Religion and an MA in Pastoral Counseling at Eastern Nazarene College in Boston, USA. He then earned a Master of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary (NTS) in Kansas City, USA.

Errol is a Professional Certified Leadership Coach, a Certified Conversational Intelligence Coach, and a trained sexual addiction recovery counsellor.

Rev. Carrim has over 15 years sobriety from sexual addiction and has been using his skills as a counsellor in working with people who have been sexually abused and those struggling with sexual addiction.

Rev. Errol Carrim serves at Nazarene Theological College South Africa (NTCSA) in Johannesburg as a college administrator and lecturer where Dr. Rhonda Carrim (his wife) is principal.

Joan Pinkney is a graduate of The Jamaica Theological Seminary and The Caribbean Graduate School of Theology (CGST) where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in General studies with emphasis in Guidance and Counseling and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology respectively. She also holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Family Studies from Oxford Graduate School, Tennessee and an honorary Doctor of Science in Psychology from the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology.

Dr. Pinkney’s skills as motivational speaker, Counseling psychologist, lecturer and workshop/seminar facilitator are in high demand. She has facilitated workshops, seminars conferences locally and internationally to include countries such as Unites States of America, Barbados, Trinidad and United Kingdom. She has facilitated counselling/psychotherapy with corporate entities, tertiary institutions, secondary & primary schools, Church groups and other social groups in matters related but not limited to: human resource management, sexuality, abuse, parenting marriage, retirement, mate selection, adolescence, suicide, stress, grief, career and midlife. In addition, her PhD dissertation was entitled: ‘A profile of parents/guardians whose children were sexually abused’

Dr. Pinkney has been an adjunct lecturer in Psychology, Business ethics, Conflict management and Counseling at several tertiary institutions in Jamaica. She is a licensed practicing counsellor, a writer, an actress and is a sought-after resource personnel on matters of social concerns and mental health and appears on several local radio and television stations in Jamaica. Dr. Pinkney also hosts the programme “The Counsellor” aired on Love 101 FM, Jamaica. She currently holds the position of Manager - Licensing and Client Services at The Jamaican Copyright Licensing Agency

Her time of recreation includes: weekend get-away, aerobics, stimulating conversation and movies and still delights in the close interaction with her three (3) adult children and grandchild. In 2012, Dr. Pinkney produced three motivational e-Books entitled: Self Esteem my child and me, Sexuality head-on and Wounded.

Pastor Douglas Gibson accepted the Lord in his mid-twenties, under the ministry of then Senior Pastor Carlyle Chankersingh. Not long after, Pastor “Douggie”, as he is affectionately called, began a Bible Study group in Marabella, and became an associate pastor at the First Church of the Open Bible.
The holder of a Diploma in Theology, he also obtained his B.Sc. in General Studies with majors in Counselling and Psychology and minor in Theology from the Caribbean Nazarene College. He has served as a Sunday School teacher, on the Youth Committee, as leader of the Prayer and Worship ministry, and on the church board for several terms. He is also the founder of The Christian Solidarity Movement – a gathering of young people from all over the island, coming together to pray, worship and seek the Lord. This movement also conducts a fortnightly radio program.
Along with his duties as Associate Pastor at the First Church of the Open Bible, he is also the National Prayer Coordinator for Open Bible Standard Churches Inc, leader of the School of Prayer, and the School of Relationships. His passions include Teaching on Prayer, Worship, Relationships and Purpose. He also feels strongly about his Vision for the Christian Solidarity Movement which is equipping young people to unite the church and empowering them to fulfill purpose.

Barbadian and the last of four children, Maria received her B.A. in Theology from Caribbean
Nazarene College and has served in various ministry capacities. Her love is Compassionate

single until God sends the right man.
Maria is a mentor for At Risk Youth in the Prince Trust International programme, conducted by
the Royal Barbados Police Force. She also serves on the ministry team of God’s Anatomy for
Marriage whose mandate is to rebuild, restore marriages the Kingdom way.
