It is led by Saqlain W, Campbell a young man who flows in both the Prophetic and the Apostolic and who also has a burning desire for the word of God and seeing people walk into their full potential and destiny. The ministry was established upon Isiah 60:1-3 which says: 1 "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. 2 See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you. 3 Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn. Prophetic Encounter Ministries in the full gospel of Jesus Christ which propels into deliverance from sin and it's results, healing and daily victories over the enemy.
