Booth Holders Terms and Conditions
This agreement must be signed and returned with a copy of a valid national id

 All payments for booth space must be made no later than June 15, 2018, to the account of Glory Music Ltd.

 After the allocation of booth spaces, the location cannot be changed or transferred without the permission of THE PROMOTERS & ORGANIZERS OF FUN-IN-THE-SON & THEY reserves the right to make changes in space allocated where necessary in order to facilitate the smooth floor of the concert.

 All booth spaces must be dismantled and all items cleared out from the park by midnight, Saturday, July 14, 2018

 Vendors are responsible for all costs associated with the set-up of their space including furniture (such as tables/chairs)

 Vendors / Booth Holders handling or serving food to the public must do so in accordance to and with all the Ministry of Health public safety guidelines.

 THE PROMOTERS & ORGANIZERS OF FUN-IN-THE-SON will not be held liable for any claim in damage or losses arising out of the use of the booth space by the vendors, its employees or agents, its invitees or any other person
attending or associated with the concert. The vendor agrees to indemnify THE PROMOTERS & ORGANIZERS OF FUN-IN-THE-SON, against any such claim made against them.

 Booth Holders/Vendors requiring telephone service, or any other services, should apply directly to the respective service providers.
 No alcoholic beverage(s) allowed
