JIE Developers' Forum Series 2021 - Segment 4 (BSJ & MLSS)

This forum will allow you to get a step by step guide on the Development Application Process from key personnel within the various agencies involved in this process.

During the FOURTH segment of this Forum, Engineer Richard Lawrence (Manager, Testing and Industrial Services - Bureau of Standards Jamaica) will provide an overview of the Jamaica Building Code, its various Application Documents and its importance.

This segment will also include a presentation from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security who will share the importance of adhering to the Factories Act and Building Operations and Works of Engineering Construction (BOWEC) Regulations.
