Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation or postponement of one or both days of the event.
If one or both days of this event is cancelled, ticket holders will be eligible for a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is retained for mandatory fees.
If one or both days of this event is postponed, tickets will automatically be honoured at the rescheduled date(s). If patrons cannot attend on the rescheduled date, they are eligible for a 90% refund.
Eligible refunds will be made (net of processing fees) within 30 - 60 days of ticket holders making their initial refund request.
