Thank you for supporting Jamaica Family Fest. Please note the following terms regarding the purchase of Ride All Day tickets:
All Sales Are Final
All tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
No Cancellations or Changes
Tickets may not be cancelled, reissued, or exchanged for different dates, venues, or events.
Event Changes
Jamaica Family Fest reserves the right to make adjustments to rides, attractions, or schedules.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
The festival will rescheduled to a new date. Tickets will be valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued for weather conditions, ride closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Tickets
Lost, stolen, or damaged will not be replaced or refunded. Please treat your ticket like cash.
