Family 5K Walk
Not a run or a race. Walk for fun at your own pace. Our family-friendly 5K Walk is designed with the entire family in mind. It is our 10th year and we still care, join us for this first of its kind 5K for Falmouth, Trelawny that will help raise funds for the building of Falmouth Public General Hospital's nutrition education room. Falmouth Hospital is on a mission to be baby friendly certificated, and we are doing our part to help. Let us walk for the health and nutrition of our children on March 29th.

Families and other registered groups will receive "spot awards" for fun vibe, creative energy, team spirit, outstanding talents.

Product Samples & Giveaways
Participants can look forward to visting the product booths provided by our sponsors where they will be treated to product sampling and have an opportunity to participate in promotional activities and gain giveaways.

Our Family 5K Walk will be much more fun than any other run, offering you and your family so much enticement and amusement as you make your way to complete the 5K.

What is the cost to participate?
Adults and teens pay $2000. Babies, tots and children under 13 are FREE.

What time will the walk start?
Participants should try to be on location at Falmouth Public General Hospital's Main Cark Park by 6:00 a.m. There will be warm-up activities before the walk kicks off by 6:15 a.m.
