Heal From It
Heal From It is a transformational International Women’s Day Conference focused on ushering broken, hurting women to a place of healing in an effort to help them reposition themselves for an empowered future.
This free event is being privately hosted by Predestined, a women’s empowerment charity which has operated in Jamaica since 2017 hosting empowerment retreats, conferences and seminars. It will be our first physical event in the past four years as we seek to resume the work we have been doing to restore hope to hurting women around the world. It will also be our first staging in the US.

Predestined
Predestined is a registered charity committed to Women’s Empowerment and Wellness. The organization was founded in 2017 and provides support for women in distress regardless of their life’s status. The organization works to especially empower marginalized inner-city women and girls through transformational retreats, workshops, and conferences, and equip women in general with the knowledge, motivation and where possible, the resources necessary for the repositioning of their circumstances. A powerful support network for women, Predestined focuses on the empowerment of those who have been limited by circumstances in realizing their full potential. It affords women the opportunity to connect with other women who may provide strength from their own survival stories.
The organization’s guiding philosophy is that those who have overcome specific challenges ought not to shamefully deny their past, but be empowered by the experience, and become strength and hope for those now struggling with the same challenge…. sisters who overcame stuff, reaching back to help sisters get through those stuff.
Keisha Ann Thomas is the founder and principal of the organization, which benefits from the decades of professional experience she has acquired in the events and marketing industry.
