National Youth Congress - Leadership Impact Conference

A loss of leadership presence means the leader’s body chemistry, command of an audience, self-perception, ways of engaging in tasks or others are somewhat at odds. They struggle to get buy-in from the people who listen to them. The problem is not a matter of skill, calling, intelligence, or lack of a position per se, but one of a loss of presence. This conference can help those leaders who fit the scenarios above. It can help all leaders discern how they can reposition their leadership influence so that others will listen to and follow their lead. It will also offer strategies for coping with duty overload and adapting and enhancing their leadership presence when they seem not to be clicking with the people they lead.
