Thank you for your interest in attending the Revive, Heal & Activate Conference 2026, hosted by Healing and Breakthrough Ministries International “the Ministry”

We are committed to providing a Christ-centred, Spirit-led conference that equips, encourages, heals, and empowers every participant. To ensure a well-organized and meaningful experience, the Ministry makes advance commitments for venue rental, meals, conference materials, equipment, administration, and other conference-related expenses.

As faithful stewards of the resources entrusted to us by God, we ask that you carefully read the following Registration, Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions before completing your registration.

By registering for the conference and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Every registration contributes toward providing a quality conference experience through careful planning and advance commitments. Our policies are intended to be fair, transparent, and respectful of every participant while enabling the Ministry to plan responsibly and serve with excellence.

Registration Information

Registration for the entire event (all sessions) is FREE of cost.  However, all persons are required to register for Saturday ad indicate their meal preference so we may inform the caterers accordingly.

Registration Deadline: Tuesday, 14 July 2026

Registration is confirmed only upon completing the required steps through the designated online payment platform.

- Registrations received after this date cannot be accepted.

Lunch Orders

Lunches are ordered based on confirmed registrations. Accordingly, meal charges will not be accommodated

Transfer of Registration

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another person at no additional charge.

Written notification must be received no later than Thursday, 16 July 2026, together with the replacement participant's full name, email address, and telephone number.

Conference Terms & Conditions

1. Admission

Participants may be required to present proof of registration upon arrival.

Healing and Breakthrough Ministries International reserves the right to refuse admission or require a participant to leave the conference where their conduct is disruptive, abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with the Christian values and purpose of the conference.

 
2. Programme Changes

While every effort will be made to deliver the conference as advertised, Healing and Breakthrough Ministries International reserves the right to substitute speakers, modify the programme, adjust the schedule, or make other changes where circumstances require.

 
3. Photography, Video & Audio Recording

Photographs, video recordings, livestreams, and audio recordings may be captured during the conference for ministry, educational, promotional, historical, and archival purposes.

By attending the conference, participants grant Healing and Breakthrough Ministries International permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings in which they may appear without compensation or further notice.

Participants who prefer not to appear in close-up photographs or interviews should notify the Conference Registration Desk upon arrival. While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate such requests, incidental inclusion in crowd photographs or recordings cannot be guaranteed.

 
4. Personal Property

Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.

Healing and Breakthrough Ministries International accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property unless caused by the Ministry's negligence.

5. Health & Safety

Participants are expected to comply with all reasonable health, safety, and emergency instructions issued by conference officials and venue management.

Anyone whose conduct poses a safety risk or significantly disrupts the conference may be asked to leave the premises.

 
Force Majeure

Healing and Breakthrough Ministries International shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, postponement, venue change, or cancellation of the conference resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

- Hurricanes or other severe weather events
- Earthquakes, floods, or fires
- Acts of God
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Utility failures
- Labour disputes
- Civil unrest
- Transportation disruptions
- Any other unforeseen event making the conference impracticable or unsafe

Where such circumstances arise, the Ministry reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or modify the conference. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify participants promptly and provide a fair and reasonable resolution.

 
7. Conference Cancellation by the Ministry

If Healing and Breakthrough Ministries International cancels the conference for reasons other than those described under the Force Majeure clause, registered participants will receive a refund of registration fees paid.

The Ministry shall not be responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses, accommodation costs, meals, or other incidental or consequential expenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Healing and Breakthrough Ministries International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from participation in the conference.

 
9. Privacy & Data Protection

Healing and Breakthrough Ministries International is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information.

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference administration, participant communication, payment verification, and legitimate ministry-related follow-up associated with the conference.

The Ministry will not sell, rent, or knowingly disclose your personal information to third parties except:

- where necessary for conference administration or payment processing;
- where required by law; or
- where you have provided your consent.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are maintained to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

This policy is intended to be consistent with the requirements of Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020.

 
10. Code of Conduct

Revive, Heal & Activate Conference is a Christ-centred gathering dedicated to worship, prayer, biblical teaching, spiritual growth, and Christian fellowship.

Participants agree to:

- Treat fellow attendees, speakers, volunteers, and venue staff with courtesy and respect.
- Refrain from disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour.
- Respect conference facilities and property.
- Follow reasonable directions issued by conference officials.
- Help maintain an atmosphere conducive to worship, learning, prayer, and ministry.

Healing and Breakthrough Ministries International reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is inconsistent with these standards. In such cases, registration fees will not be refunded.

 
11. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Revive, Heal & Activate Conference 2026 and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Registration, Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
