The Leadership Training Institute (LTI) is the training arm of the Church of God in Jamaica, located at 35 Hope Road, Kingston 10, Jamaica, W.I. The institute harnesses and develops the human capital of the Church as well as the wider community in collaboration with the Board of Christian Education and the Board of Evangelism and Missions. Students/participants are trained and sent as change agents in both the church and the wider community.
VISION STATEMENT
Develop and hone church and other leaders into life-changing disciples of Christ, thereby transforming homes, communities, and the nation academically, morally, and spiritually.
MISSION STATEMENT
Through committed, faithful and Christ-centred lecturers using “cutting edge” methods and model courses to build the required skills, knowledge, and abilities to make nation builders, thereby impacting disciples of Christ.
