Heart Praise Worship Festival is one of St. Thomas and Jamaica’s most fulfilling worship and praise experiences. It is the brainchild of Dr. Rondell Positive Allen and his wife Latoya Allen, designed to bring the people of “THE EAST” and Jamaica together to “SEND JUDAHFIRST.” As the name suggests, people are encouraged to come with hearts deliberately postured to give the purest of themselves in worship and adoration unto God.
