The BossMom Boardroom Conversations series is an intimate, high-impact gathering of mothers-in-business, entrepreneurs, executives, and thought leaders, who come together to share with and learn from each other.
Our sessions take place in the boardroom of partner companies that open their doors to this unique experience, creating an executive roundtable feel where attending BossMoms have a valued voice. The result is an environment that feels both powerful and personal, and allows business minds to be supported and encouraged by colleagues and mentors.
And beyond the boardroom, your presence creates real-world impact as part proceeds from your investment will go toward building homes for mothers and children through the BossMom Builds initiative in partnership with Food For The Poor.
Each Boardroom Conversation in this year-long series contributes to our larger goal to fund, furnish, and build multiple homes over the next 12 months.

What is the BossMom Boardroom Conversation?
It’s a bi-monthly mastermind-style event where we gather up to 20 BossMoms in a partner company’s boardroom to share and discuss real business challenges together. It is a supportive and collaborative space to share insights and get advice - a mini think-tank for BossMoms.

Yes! We’ve had several Boardroom sessions in the past, and each time was a unique, enriching experience, with a powerful group of mothers, mentors, moguls and mavens!
