Performers, schedule, venue, and programme elements may change without notice.
3. Assumption of Risk
All attendees participate at their own risk. The event organizers and venue are not liable for injury, loss, or damages before, during, or after the event.
4. Open to All Ages
All are welcome — no ID required. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Weather Policy
a. In case of extreme weather and event cancellation, retain your ticket for the rescheduled date.
b. If intermittent rain occurs on event day, a new enclosed venue will be announced.
6. The organizers are Not Responsible for any Lost or Stolen Items whille attending the event.
7. Media Notice
By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional use.
8. Alcohol-Free Event
No alcohol permitted or served. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
9. Code of Conduct
Please be respectful. Offensive language, illegal substances, weapons, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited. Violators may be removed without refund.

The concert will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre in Kingston. Event starts at 6:00 PM, and gates open at 4:00 PM.

Yes, the event is open to all age groups. No ID is required for entry. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

What happens in the event of rain or bad weather?
In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather conditions, patrons must retain their tickets, which will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If intermittent rain makes it unsuitable to host the event outdoors, patrons will be promptly informed of a new enclosed venue via email, media announcements, and our official social media channels.

Can members of the media attend?
Yes. Members of the press must request, complete and return the Media Accreditation Form to amoy@onegroupja.com to be approved for access and coverage.

How will I know if I’ve been approved for media access?
Approved media will receive confirmation via email from amoy@onegroupja.com. Press passes will be issued on event day between 10:30 AM and 12:00 NOON at the venue. Only approved media will have accredited access.

What are the requirements for outside broadcasts and interviews?
Media houses conducting outside broadcasts must include full team details (host, producer, engineer) in their accreditation form. To schedule interviews with worship leaders, please email your request to amoy@onegroupja.com. Note: No media access will be granted without an approved press pass.
