The vision for this conference is inspired by a deep desire to empower and equip praise and worship leaders, musicians, singers, and other creatives who use their God-given art forms to bring worship to Jesus. This initiative is designed to holistically address the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of individuals in these roles, recognizing their profound calling.
Through careful observation and spiritual insight, it is evident that many creatives are unaware of the immense responsibility and purpose tied to their ministry. Even for those who understand this weight, there is often a lack of clarity on how to operate effectively and faithfully within it, guided by the Holy Spirit, this conference seeks to bridge that gap by providing practical tools, biblical teaching, and opportunities for spiritual renewal.
This is not just another conference- it is a movement to awaken and usher in a new generation of Levitical Priests. This conference will ignite a passion for purpose, equip participants with knowledge, and inspire a deeper connection with God, ensuring that this next generation of worship leaders knows both their identity and their God.
Through this initiative, we aim to:

Raheem Wellington was raised in a devouted Christian household and grew up in the United Pentecostal Church of Jamaica then later transitioned to Divine Inspiration Ministries International under the leadership of Apostle Keith Matthison.
He displayed a remarkable talent for singing and his heartfelt devotion and melodic expressions was a testament to his deep connection with God. His ministry in singing spans over 10 years and he still pursues his dreams and kingdom ambitions. Raheem started singing at the age of 3 and started singing professionally at the age of 16.
With music being his driving force, Raheem recognized the importance of nurturing young minds, and guided by his deep-rooted faith, he pursued a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education with a specialization in Music. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Music Education degree at the Vandercook College of Music in Chicago.
He works at Montego Bay High School for Girls as a Music Teacher, Artistic Director for the MBHS Performing Arts Company and served as National Music Coordinator for the Universities and Colleges Apostolic Ministries for the academic year 2022-2023.

Pastor David E. Wilford is a well sought-after prophetic voice releasing the sound of heaven through both word and song as a dynamic speaker, singer, and thought leader. Capitalizing on the foundation he received in the Pentecostal expression juxtaposed with modern-day application of biblical truths, he stands as a bridge between generations and Christian expressions.
Pastor Wilford is the husband of the beautiful D’ D'Wilford and the father of their son Eric. He graduated from LaSalle University Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Social Work and is passionate about social justice and speaking out against racial disparities in the world and the church. He is also an alumnus of The Institute for Responsible Citizenship, an intensive leadership program for America’s “best and brightest” African American male college students.
Pastor Wilford has over 17 years of leadership and pastoral experience. He has served as a worship leader, youth and young adult pastor, itinerant revivalist, and senior pastor.
