Ticket Policy
Ticket prices for CLIC 2024 are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change the ticket prices at any time but any changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased. A valid ticket entitles you to access the Conference as an Attendee. Persons who register within a particular phase must pay within that phase in order to lock in the rates. In the event that payments are made outside of the applicable phase, the rate for the next phase will be applied. The ticket reference number can be used to access the mobile app, in order to register for the Conference.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation must be in writing and sent to clic2023@investincaribbean.org with the subject line clearly stating: “Cancellation - GUEST NAME – CLIC 2024”. Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a USD 100 administrative fee until September 30, 2024. Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from October 1, 2024 through November 30, 2024; the USD 100 administrative fee will be deducted from the refundable portion. Cancellations received after November 30, 2024, are nonrefundable. If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund.
