All purchases are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation or postponement of the event
If The Christmas Comedy Cook-Up 2022 is cancelled, ticket holders will be eligible for a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is retained for mandatory fees.
If The Christmas Comedy Cook-Up 2022 is postponed, tickets will automatically be honoured at the rescheduled date. If patrons cannot attend The Christmas Comedy Cook-Up 2022 on the rescheduled date, they are eligible for a 90% refund.
Eligible refunds will be made (net of processing fees) within 14 days of ticket holders making their initial refund request.
