- Pre-Diabetics have elevated sugars but not in the Diabetic range
- Doctor has told you that you are Pre-Diabetic
- Symptoms of Insulin resistance/prediabetes

Dr. Jen will do exclusive and private zoom classes, offer information and provide guidance with the aim of reversing the condition if at all possible.

Students (you) will have to be committed, focused and willing to learn. This involves attending classes, doing assignments and learning from materials when shared.
