In this our 11th year as a musical family, we invite you to celebrate with us this very precious gift of music through two amazing experiences. "Breathe, Resonate, Heart" - features music we have done from Western Art traditions, African, Popular and Modern Gospel and "Sing from your Art" explores genres of Jamaican and Caribbean Folklore, and whimsical arrangements of pop and reggae. LA MUSICACIÓN COMPAGNIE (Spanish-the musication company) is a dynamic group of educators who sing and play music. Our members are from all over Jamaica, and as the parishes vary, so does the repertoire of this Performing Arts Group. We believe in excellence through music education as practitioners, and we also believe in enjoying what we do with our talents as we share them with the nation and by extension the world. The very unique thing about education is that we are constantly learning and the unique thing about music is that we are constantly creative in our making of it. Therefore, what we learn, we share so that others may benefit from the joy through the learning experience as well.
