About the Summit
Elders At The Gate Global© is a major arm of the Sons of The Father Men’s Movement©. This global kingdom eldership SUMMIT is a clarion call by Elders At The Gate Global to bring together skills, resources and influence to support, and to give spiritual direction to the People, the Church and Governments. Elders At The Gate is focused on training, development, information exchange, strategic planning, resource allocation, enforcement of Kingdom initiatives and strategies, and will give support to nations in their deployment of personnel.
"……In the multitude of counsel, there is safety"(Proverbs 11:14). We value your experience and counsel and as such we seek to graft you into this movement.
We are inviting representatives and individuals globally (Apostles, Bishops, Pastors, Youth Leaders and other Kingdom Leaders) to participate in this Movement. Corporate Leaders are also specially invited to register to attend this historic global Summit and become a part of this Movement.

Austin J. de Bourg is a true pioneer. In 1980, he founded and began pastoring the Trinidad Christian Center, the first Independent, Evangelical, Full-Gospel church in the nation of Trinidad and Tobago, which started with a revival that lasted five years, after which over 300 independent churches emerged.
In his over 40 years of effective ministry, he has established humanitarian projects in rural areas of impoverished countries where food is scarce and he founded the Austin de Bourg Foundation for Human Advancement. He also founded Apostolic Renewal Ministries (ARM), aimed at rekindling the apostolic spirit and ministry in the Church.
As a Minister of Jesus Christ, Austin is motivated by an unquenchable passion to see the Church restored to her former apostolic glory and is burdened to restore lost biblical truths and to revive biblical Christianity. To this end, Austin has also authored and published fourteen books to date, with many more on the way.

Apostle Dr. J. Vernon Duncan is the Apostle and Senior Pastor of Divine Encounter Fellowship Ministries International, with headquarters in D’Abadie, Trinidad West Indies, together with Apostle Dr. Joycelyn, his wife. Their ministry was founded in November 1991.
He is an apostle of apostles, providing spiritual for thirteen (13) other apostles as well as several other pastors and five-fold ministers throughout Trinidad and Tobago, St. Kitts, St Lucia, Canada, United States, Kenya and Uganda. He is the founder and chief coordinator of the National Network of Intercessors of Trinidad and Tobago which has been spearheading D-Day prayer in several nations around the world on the 1st day of January for the past twenty-three (24) years. He has also founded the Zakar Man Movement, revolutionizing the lives of men throughout the Caribbean and elsewhere, redefining their identity and roles, and reestablishing them as the prophet, priest and king of their homes and of society.
In January 2012, he founded and launched another movement, the Joel Generation Movement, a movement that promotes the proper place and role of young people in society and their positive influence on their generation.
Apostle J Vernon Duncan holds two masters degrees in Agricultural Economics, and Biblical Studies, and an Honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from St Thomas Christian College, Jacksonville, Florida. He is also completing his dissertation for a PhD in Religious Studies at Trinity Theological Seminary, Indiana, United States.
He is a prolific writer. He has written many newspaper articles on several controversial issues affecting the nation of Trinidad and Tobago over a period of several years. He has written many books, including “The Zakar Man: Male Man in Full Flight,” “Beyond Tehilla: The Worship Experience”; “Have You Commanded Your Morning”; “The Ultimate Baptism: With the Holy Ghost and Fire”; “Five Laws of Generational Curses: Uprooting Them”; “Kingdom Wealth: The Power to Get It”; “Come Buy Without Money: Advanced Techniques in Kingdom Financing”; The Gender Crisis: Real, Natural or Imposed?” and is presently completing “Here Comes the Joel Generation”.
He considers himself as having a strong legal mind although not an attorney, and has been at the forefront of legal deliberations concerning moral and spiritual issues in Trinidad and Tobago for a number of years now, including a rebuttal to the Court’s recent ruling on the buggery law in Trinidad and Tobago.
Apostle Duncan is also a competent psalmist and worshipper, having completed five music CD’s so far, His latest is Shekinah Ecstasy Worship. His personal motto is “Keep life simple.”

In 2015, after the Baltimore city unrest, he initiated the collaborative cultural competence training for the Baltimore City Police Department (veteran’s and cadets) on the campus of MSU and is currently working as one of the principal investigator(s) for the community engagement portion of the Baltimore Consent decree. This portion of the Consent Decree allows for conversational community engagement with Baltimore Police Department and communities across all nine (9) police districts.

Sons of the Father Men’s Movement was designed and geared to transform our men in every strata of society, with special emphasis on the “at risk and marginalized” to rescue, restore and reposition them. The Movement which came out of a God given vision is the first of its kind globally, and has been having an unprecedented impact across nations.
