The JCS promotes knowledge of the Information Communication Technology (ICT) industry and the effective and efficient utilization of IT for the benefit of all.

A student pursuing studies in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) that will lead to the requisite qualification for Resident Membership or what was previously called Full Membership.

A person qualified with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer related discipline and who is currently working in the field of computing or ICT industry or a person not so qualified but having at least 6 years experience working in the field of computing and ICT industry and certified by one of the JCS accepted certifying bodies.
