Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation or postponement of the event.
In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be eligible for a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is retained for mandatory fees.
If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be honoured at the rescheduled date. If patrons cannot attend the event on the rescheduled date, they are eligible for a 90% refund.
Eligible refunds under any conditions including but not limited to cancellation or postponement will be made net of processing fees within 30-60 days of ticket holders making their initial refund request.
