Refund Policy
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the event organizer. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a 90% refund, with the remaining 10% retained to cover processing and administrative fees.
Event Terms & Conditions
Please note that food and beverages are not included in the conference ticket. Attendees will be able to purchase lunch and snacks from the hotel’s restaurant throughout the day. No food or beverages from outside the hotel are permitted in the private event space. Complimentary parking is available in the garage; however, attendees must not park in RESERVED spaces or in the lot between Sam’s Club and Olive Garden, as vehicles may be towed. Please note that the From Deed to Key organizers will not be responsible for any vehicles that are towed.
