The Process

Create Personal Login
Use your first name, last name and personal email address to create a login and assign a password.

Create an Organization Profile
Use the name, number, email address, physical address and logo of the organization to create a business profile. You will be the first administrator of the business profile. You may also add other users later such as Admins, Financial Controllers, Portal Managers etc.

Create a Giving Portal
Here you can setup a payment page with different categories of donations that you want to track. You can give the portal a name and upload an image to brand it.

Publish the Portal
When you are ready to publish your portal, the system will prompt to verify your personal email address if you haven't already done so. After verification and Go Live, you will get the link to use in your website or for social media and WhatsApp etc.

Receiving Payment from Supporters
When your supporters click the link, they will see your portal and begin making contributions using their VISA, MasterCard, Keycard or PayPal account as payment method. They will receive an email with a payment receipt immediately after paying.

Accessing funds collected
Each time a transaction is done, your account users will receive an email notification. You are able to view the transactions as well as your overall balance, enter your banking information and transfer a portion or all of the funds. Once the transfer request is submitted, funds are remitted within three business days. Learn more.
