Event includes workshops on topics such as: disciplining children, communication, mental health, self-care, managing stress, managing conflict, dealing with grief & loss and muvh more.
Mothers and their children will network with organizations and individuals that provide support to familes in Kingston, shop with local vendors and spend quality time together.
Lunch and tea break is included.
